    Role Overview:
    We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the agency’s growth. This hybrid role, based in London, is crucial to driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our portfolio of fashion, beauty, and cosmetics clients. As the Business Development Manager, you will identify new markets, engage with potential clients, and develop strategic partnerships that align with the agency’s expertise and creative vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive New Business Development:
      Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics sectors. Generate leads, conduct market research, and use your industry knowledge to engage potential clients who align with our agency’s niche.

    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
      Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor our services effectively and create customized proposals that demonstrate the value Jennifer &Co can bring to their brand.

    • Develop Sales Strategies:
      Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy. Identify key target markets, create sales plans, and set measurable goals to drive revenue growth and brand recognition for Jennifer &Co.

    • Pitching & Presentations:
      Lead the development and delivery of client presentations, pitches, and proposals. Showcase the agency’s expertise, highlighting our services in brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and business consultancy to win new accounts.

    • Collaboration & Coordination:
      Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and strategy departments, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and to support the execution of campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.

    • Market Analysis & Trends:
      Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics industries. Analyse market movements, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

    • Reporting & Metrics:
      Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate records of leads, contacts, and pipeline stages. Use analytics and KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.

    Key Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or creative marketing industries.

    • Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics markets, with a proven track record of securing new business and building client relationships within these sectors.

    • Exceptional ability to generate leads, pitch creative ideas, and negotiate contracts with clients. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

    • Ability to develop comprehensive business development plans and execute them with precision, driving measurable results for the agency.

    • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments while also being highly self-motivated to drive independent initiatives.

    • Comfortable in a hybrid working environment with the ability to attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities in London when required.

    • Proficient in using CRM systems, sales metrics, and analytics tools to monitor progress and optimize performance.

    *Please Note: This is a commission only role initially. Post probation, this will become a salaried role with a commission. There is the option for this role to be part time or full time depending on preference

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    This is a super exciting part-time role with the opportunity to become full time. The role involves creating content for our clients within the fashion, beauty & cosmetics industry.     SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR ROLE:

    • Creating compelling and visually stunning content for digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, website, and other online channels

    • Developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

    • Staying informed about social media trends and implementing strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares

    • Capturing high-quality images and videos showcasing clients techniques, trends, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and much more

    • Editing and enhancing visual content to ensure a consistently polished aesthetic

    • Ensuring consistent branding across all content, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable visual identity

    • Monitoring and responding to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions

    • Creating content that encourages customer engagement, feedback, and user-generated content

    • Reporting for various clients on a monthly basis

    SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR ESSENTIALS:

    • Minimum 12 months of experience creating B2C social media content for multiple platforms

    • Strong sense of personal style and taste

    • Excellent proficiency with graphic design tools and video editing software

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Ability to travel as and when needed around London

    • Happy to work the occasional Saturday (depending on client’s needs)

      Create high-quality and visually engaging content (images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ensure content aligns with each client’s unique brand identity and marketing goals.

    • Social Media Strategy Implementation:
      Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to execute content plans that enhance the social media presence of fashion, beauty, and cosmetics brands. Contribute to the development of creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.

    • Videography & Photography:
      Shoot and edit videos and photos for product launches, campaigns, events, and behind-the-scenes content. Ensure visual storytelling aligns with the clients' vision and maintains a high level of creativity and professionalism.

    • Client Collaboration:
      Work closely with clients to understand their brand, audience, and objectives, translating their vision into engaging digital content. Ensure content meets the client's brief and is delivered on schedule.

    • Travel & Event Coverage:
      Be flexible and available to travel to various locations for content creation. This may include client offices, fashion shoots, and events. Occasional weekend work will be required to cover special events or photoshoots.

    • Content Studio Collaboration:
      Utilize our in-house content studio to create high-quality visuals for both Jennifer &Co Agency’s internal needs and our clients. Work alongside the creative team to ensure consistency in content style and brand messaging.

    • Social Media Trends & Insights:
      Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging. Provide insights and recommendations on how clients can maximize their social media presence.

     

    Key Qualifications & Skills:

    2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or cosmetics industries. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of content, including photography, videography, and graphic design, is essential.

    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Familiarity with content formats that perform well on each platform and the ability to tailor content accordingly.

    • A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and the ability to tell compelling stories through content. Experience in photography, videography, and post-production editing is required.

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent editing software. Experience in using photography and videography equipment.

    • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends to accommodate client needs. Flexibility to adapt to various creative challenges and schedules, especially during events or campaigns.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients. The candidate must be comfortable taking creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are a must.
